Elizabeth Baddeley is the illustrator of many children’s books including The New York Times Best Seller I DISSENT. Baddeley uses her sketchbook as an outlet for expression between book projects that can last up to a year. She resides in Kansas City, Missouri, with her husband and one-year-old son.
Much of being a professional illustrator is planning, presenting and perfecting. This workshop, aims to turn that off and let the right brain mingle with the left, combining spontaneous, messy mark-making and observational drawing to create vibrant and wildly unexpected sketchbook experiments.
